What is the difference between our Value and Premium screens?

Both VALUE and PREMIUM screens share genuine Apple displays with a refurbished glass, to the highest possible quality. These are both almost indistinguishable compared to your original screen, come with a 12 month warranty for peace of mind.

VALUE:

Value screens may contain very minor screen burn, or 1-2 dust spots under the glass. We advise you of this for complete transparency, however this will not be easily noticable to the everyday customer.

PREMIUM:

Premium screens simply have no imperfections at all. You get the best of the best.

What does your 12 month warranty cover?

Our 12 month warranty covers all manufacturing faults with all repairs excluding consumables. Physical/accidental damage is not covered by our warranty.

How long does a repair take?

We usually aim to repair most devices same-day within the hour, however, repair timescales can differ depending on the device and type of repair.
